What we focus on

The game is played with your brain.

Game IQ

Scanning, spacing, timing, and the “what next?” moments that decide games.

Film breakdown

We review your clips together, identify patterns, and fix decision chains fast.

Next step

Clear guidance for club level, high school, and recruiting — based on your current level.

How it works

Simple process. Real progress.

1) Identify the focus

We identify your player’s main challenge. Bring your own match footage, or, if you don’t have any, we’ll analyze pro-player film chosen for their position and goals.

2) Mentoring session

30 minutes on Google Meet. We screen‑share, pause, rewind, and get specific.

3) Action plan

2–4 focus points + what to look for in the next game. Clarity beats motivation.

The founder behind the program

Gleb founded Soccer Mentor and designed the program from the ground up. Drawing on his academy, professional, and Division I experience, he built a detailed, comprehensive mentoring playbook for every coach and mentor on the team. His approach connects the work players put in during practice with the decisions they make in matches.

One playbook. A shared approach.

Every mentor’s techniques and film-analysis discussions are grounded in Gleb’s carefully developed approach. His playbook guides how the team reviews footage, asks questions, and turns match moments into clear next steps. Each mentor applies that shared foundation to the individual player’s needs.

FAQ

The questions parents actually ask.

Does my child need full game film?

No. We can review full matches or selected clips. If you don’t have any footage, we’ll analyze pro-player film chosen for your player’s position, goals, and current challenge.

What positions do you work with?

All positions. We focus on role-based decisions: scanning, spacing, timing, and the “next action” for your position and team style.

How fast will we see improvement?

Progress varies by player, practice, and match opportunities. We use clear focus points and later footage to review how ideas carry into games.

Can a parent sit in?

Yes, especially for younger players. For minors, a parent/guardian should be aware of (and can join) sessions.
